How about we charge the subscription to the club and use it for all of our meetings?

Since last Wednesday was pretty populated with "Lunchers" we shall try again. I was warned by the Zoom people that the free meetings are limited to 40 minutes. They extended our meeting two times as we signed on at 11:45 and finished at 13:30. I did get two automatic warnings, and after the meeting was closed, notified I could get unlimited time if I scheduled the next meeting now by signing up to a monthly plan.Maybe we can see if CARA can get a plan under business with multiple hosts? We could keep such a plan until we can finally have real meeting and lunches again? I will bring this up at our next board meeting and if all agree, we can ask the members for approval? This would be a monthly cost of maybe $20 month (multiple hosts) or $10 month with one host.Anyway lunch meeting Wednesday @12 noon you will be allowed to sign in early, but you will enter mute and no video, so remember once in meeting turn on your video and unmute with the icons on the bottom of your zoom screen.
Use the same ID and passcode in below message (same as last week).
Any suggestions or better operations for zoom, hosting, hand overs, are welcome. I have been joining zoom meeting with a couple camera clubs that were presentation type meetings and the speaker was given host control, did presentation, with all viewers "mute & video off" so all could see speakers screen, if question came up, person unmuted asked question, got answer, the re-muted. Worked well....we could do same for meetings, even Auxcomm? Thoughts.
Maybe Chuck could Zoom the repeater control unit to club like he was going to do demo...that may be reaching as he might not have that info anymore after his move.
