Jim,

Yes, the 70cm Yagi would be on the same mast just below the 2M omni.   You can see the Mt Hope tower(s) from the hospital roof.

The room does not appear to have a main ground buss like normal comm shelters, but there is a common grounding plate near the spot where the cables come in.  Picture attached.  It's a bit of a rats nest in the room but hospital IT plans to clean it up.
