[K3CAL] FIELD DAY 2019

To All,

Drum Point also has indoor bathrooms that provide soap and paper towels
as well as dish soap in the kitchen.  Drum Point's facilities were nice
and clean to include the refrigerator.  The fee has to be for a lot more
than just clean-up.  Peter, jump in here for what you know since you are
way more connected to the clubhouse than any of us.

I am not volunteering this year to coordinate Field Day.  Someone else
needs to step up, or not.

The following is what Ed and I will either bring or do:

--Rent the generator and coffee maker

--Power Supply panel

--Bring food if it is not bought by the club or the Food Coordinator.
Don't know yet what I'm bringing.

--Field Day sign-in sheet

--Press releases (unless Dave has already arranged for this)

--Bring club equipment that is stored in our garage.  We will NOT bring
everything that is in our garage.  Ed loaded all the stuff onto our
trailer last year and a lot of it was not used.  If you can help him
with some physical labor so he doesn't have to do ALL the heavy lifting,
that would be great.  Just let us know.

--Bring and set up display materials

I may add to this list as needed.

No one used the GOTA station last year, so if you would like to do that,
I can print out the GOTA poster and we still have GOTA pins to give to
any participants.

If you spend your OWN money on Field Day, you need to see Dick (KB3RBR),
the club treasurer, for the Event Expense Report to specify whether you
want to be repaid or are making a donation to the club.

I could also rent a moonbounce.  That might help some of you get your
longwires and other antennas up past the treetops.
