[K3CAL] CARA Board Meeting is next week NOT tonight

Due to the 4th of July holiday,  our schedule is pushed back a week.  Board Meeting is on July 2nd and regular meeting on the 11th.  There will be a bylaws change brought to the meeting to change our meeting night to be the second Thursday of the month instead of the first Thursday.
