[K3CAL] Field Day and Mt Hope

I went up to Mt Hope on Wednesday and picked up the coffee pot and a tub with lots of plasticware, plates, cups, napkins, serving utensils, coffee with sugar and such.  Looks like we're well supplied with the basics. I will send an inventory to the board before and after Field Day. Approximate numbers on some of the items. I suggest attendees bring their own favorite coffee cup/mug for re-use to help save the planet.
Also picked up the CARA safety vests.  There are plenty of them in various sizes for sale by the club.  We have 7 large, 7 x large, 8 xx large, 4, xxxx large, and 2 xxxxx large.  There were no shirts evident.
Our next CARA Board meeting will be on July 2nd at IHOP.  Unless someone wants to offer a different venue in time to announce the change.  . And our regular meeting will be on the 11th instead of the 4th of July.

Went to Mt Hope and procured for Field Day,  our Barrel connectors, a Bucket of rope, a hank of Coax with connectors, and some plastic Kitchen utensils, nothing else I could find that we may need...  for anyone who may desire to bring any comments or complaints up to the Club... We normally have Board Meetings at the IHOP in Prince Frederick on the first Tuesday at 7:00 PM, and our regular Club meeting at Harriet Brown at 7:30 PM (next Month... 2nd Wedneday as the Comm Center is closed).  We invite anyone to share the quality time with their friends...   73!  and hope to see all at Field Day... Steve N3IPN
