[K3CAL] July CARA MEETING

Hi,

My own view is that when we schedule monthly meetings does not belong in the by-laws, and should be eliminated from them.  This makes it much easier to rearrange meetings anytime the Board or a consensus of the group that regularly meets would find it more convenient to meet without having to revert to a vote to change the by-laws.  This is the only Club I know of that puts this detail into a by-law.

Just my opinion.
