[K3CAL] CARA BOARD MEETING TUESDAY 9/25/2018

Time flies and it's time again for our Board Meeting for the October meeting.  We will meet at the IHOP in Prince Frederick tomorrow night Tuesday Sept 25th at 7 PM.  If you are planning to help teach or assist with the General Class starting next week, please attend so we can finalize the plans for this class.  Publicity has gone out to the press, I have fliers for local businesses and libraries and senior centers to distribute.  I have 4 or 5 attendees at this time and expect more when the newspapers publish this week.  The classroom at CRE is booked.  I will check the TV's this week to make sure one of them works properly.  Now is time to volunteer for the upcoming Solomon's Volunteer Rescue Squad and Fire Department open house tabling, PRAD parade and the General Class.  And Boy Scouts Jamboree on the Air (JOTA)  is coming up Oct 20-21st.


If you haven't nominated yourself for an office for next year please contact the nominating committee NOW.  We need a slate of officers for 2019.  Now is your time to shine.


As always, all members are welcome to attend the board meeting.
