[K3CAL] Slate of Officers for 2019

Per the bylaws:  Article IV, SECTION 1:   …..   The officers shall be elected at the November General Meeting of the Members...….


There is no provision for absentee nor proxy voting.  It's a moot point this year due to no opposition candidates.  The officers will be accepted by proclamation.

I hope that things are going well for each of you and your families.


I am glad to see that the club is active and that it is moving forward. I don't have a copy of the club's bylaws handy (It is hopefully still in a box, waiting to be unpacked), so I will just ask - Is there a process for voting by proxy or absentee ballot?
