[K3CAL] December meeting on Dec 22nd

Our next CARA meeting is a yearend celebration at our Holiday Party at Mt Hope Community Center from 4 to 9 on Dec 22nd.  There is NO meeting at the Harriet Brown Center this month. 
Look for an email from Shawn and Marge soon coordinating the pot luck dish you will be bringing.  And start thinking about a $20 gift for the exchange if you wish to participate in that. 


Have a save and meaningful Thanksgiving.  We had 14 folks out to breakfast at the Wagonwheel Restaurant at Churchton this morning.  Picture on our K3CAL Calvert Amateur Radio Association Facebook page.

The General Class license class is proceeding well.  4 students have hung in and will complete the class in a couple of weeks.  3 are already members (2 new.)  Proud to see them upgrading and getting more involved in our hobby. Thanks for the dedicated instructors travelling to south county to teach this class.
