[K3CAL] Radio Station at Mt Hope and Field Day equipment

To All,

Steve, N3IPN; Bob, KF3AA; and I (Monica, KC3DAS) cleaned out and cleaned 
up the station at Mount Hope today.

The spool of hardline as well as most of the equipment needed for Field 
Day are now stored in mine and Ed's garage.  We will bring all of the FD 
stuff (minus the hardline) to Broomes Island on June 23 (Saturday 
morning) and pack it up on June 24 (Sunday afternoon).  The equipment 
that needs to go back to Mount Hope will be returned to that site.  Any 
other equipment and the hardline will continue to be stored in our garage.

I now also have all of the display materials together and all of the 
brochures and brochure display stands and will continue to store that at 
our house.  I will be using part of the display materials for the 
Solomons Library for the full month of June.  I will also be bringing 
display stuff to Field Day.

If you need any of the equipment, please do not hesitate to contact me.  
I will be keeping a list of what is loaned out and to whom for benefit 
of the entire club.  Just don't call me before noon on any given day or 
expect to pick up any of this stuff on a moment's notice.

If you use the station, please clean up after yourself as a courtesy for 
the next person.
