[K3CAL] Fwd: Apologies

Waugh did not show up, but Jim and Wanda Montgomery stopped by and 
brought Ted Wieworka who is the Harford County ARRL MD-DC appointed 
Emergency Coordinator.

As far as I'm concerned, we had SEVERAL officials/dignitaries at Field 
Day.  And most of them are CARA members who put forth the sweat and 
effort to be there.
