I found a few tutorials on YouTube for the technician, general and amateur extra licenses.  W4EEY has classes on all 3.  I haven't watched his, but I watched Ham Radio 2.0 General course and it was very good overall (general class is episode 66; episode 35 is the technician class; don't know if he has an amateur extra class).  I use them for review.
