[K3CAL] Field Day Who's Coming????

Dave, Jim, Shawn, Tom, and All,

I set up the rental request for the inverter generator on Friday. We
(Ed and I) are picking it up on Friday, June 23. Dick Terlisner
indicated that he will probably be getting the key for the BICC on
Friday and open it that afternoon for prep work. Our plan is to take
the generator to BICC and leave it locked up in the building overnight.

I have just found out that I have a funeral to go to on June 24 at
noon. This is not an optional funeral attendance for me, so I have
asked Ed to pick any slack on my part until I can get down to Broomes
Island on that Saturday afternoon.

I am adding my own contributions to the checklist as I think of them and
will re-send the list as I receive other's information. So far from the
emails, I have Tom's list, Shawn's, Jim's, and Steve's. I hope to get
more responses this week so we can see where we are.

I will do as much as I can to distribute posters in Prince Frederick,
but my walking is becoming more and more painful. So if any of you can
place even ONE poster in your area or in P.F., I for one will greatly
appreciate it.

Thanks,

Monica
