[K3CAL] Updated to the S Com Speech Library

Hi All,

Yesterday I posted an updated to the 7330 Speech Library, V1.3. This is an
optional update that fixes the mispronunciation of the phrase "http://www.".
It also includes an improved version of the letter "S". We have received
several reports of "S" sounding like "F" in some cases and are making this
fixed version of the letter "S" available.
