[K3CAL] Field Day checklist for equipment and supplies

Thank you, Shawn.  Are you, Jim, and Steve planning on bringing all 
these items to FD?  If so, I will sort out the list and add them to the 
FD checklist I sent yesterday.  Just let me know what you might not be 
bringing to FD.
