[K3CAL] New Backup Emergency Operations Center on Commissioners Agenda 7/11/17

Looks like they will move the backup center to the Public Safety Building at 315 Stafford Road  due to the Stafford Road detention center building not having enough space.  At least, that is what I can figure.  They don't give addresses for the $400,000.00 project.  This is all tied in with the new radio system.
