Thanks Dick!  I really appreciate the reply... and the offer of help!   Shawn also offered to help teach.... As we get closer to class time... we will get together and sort out who will teach what... Math ain't my specialty... and it's been 10-15 years since I last taught a class... thanks!  We'll be in touch!   73.  Steve
