My search just calls it Broomes Island Community Center.   No apostrophe.  No Harriet anything.

    Question about minutes.  Is the Broomes/Broome's/Broomes' Island
      Community Center also the Harriet Brown Center now?  The Harriet
      Brown Community Center I know of is the former SMECO building on
      Dares Beach Road.  

    
    And "tresurer'" should be "treasurer."
