[K3CAL] Slate of Officers for 2017, Audit Committee

Per CARA bylaws, we had nominations for 2017 officers at our October
meeting.  This is the slate of officers as of the close of the meeting.
Since there are no uncontested positions, the officers will be accepted by
acclamation at the November meeting on November 3rd at the County Services
Plaza, 175 Main St, Prince Frederick, MD at 7:30 PM. The new officers will
take office at the beginning of 2017.

President  David Hardy  KB3RAN

Vice President Bill Hackett N3XMZ

Secretary Ron Byzet WA4PRR

Treasurer  Dick Ratcliffe W3RBR

Steve Hempling N3IPN

 

Other business for our November General Meeting:

We need an Audit Committee for 2017 also.  The Audit Committee shall consist
of 3 Full Members, who are not current Officers, to audit the books,
accounts, and property beginning in January.  The Audit Committee shall read
their report findings at the spring General Meeting .  Please volunteer for
this important committee.

 

There will be a Board Meeting on Nov 1 at 7 PM at the Prince Frederick IHOP.
Members are invited to attend.
