My condolences to his family and friends. Frank was very knowledgeable  in ham radio he help me find interference on CARA repeater about two years ago . And he always had a friendly voice on the repeater. He will be missed.

Newest Silent Key.  He died yesterday  He was a HERO HAM. He will be
