[K3CAL] Help

I am about at wits end with my TNC. Does anyone have to old hyper terminal from windows xp working or a program that will program a Kantronics kpc3plus TNC?
I have tried way too many terminal programs today and all have failed. I am trying on a windows 10 machine with no luck.
If I could just get my call sign and the flow set in the memory, I think that the terminal program in rms express will work to make any future changes.
There are programs out there that start around $60 but I dont want to go there.
If I don't find something soon I will be trying another angle and the TNC will go to the dumpster.
