[K3CAL] Kenwood adopts D-STAR

Well, there's been speculation over what digital mode Kenwood would 
adopt.  We now have an answer.  Kenwood has released information on its 
upcoming release of a new HT.  The radio is tri-band (144, 220, 440), 
supports APRS, and compliant with D-STAR voice and data modes.

No model number on this new radio (yet) but you can see pictures from a
