> All, if you can get in a WiresX node, you may want to try this. There is a local node hosted by W3OH on simplex 145.585, and another node in Charles County and StMarys County on the same frequency. Give it a try. Just hold the Dx button down for a few seconds, while your radio is in DN mode. It will send out a packet and if you are within range you will lock in to the node. If not in range you will come out of Dx. Follow directions below for contact, remember this is mostly internet, not all RF, BUT it is amateur radio only use. Use it or they will take it away and give it to the cell phone companies so everyone can use it.
