Can you make a blank certificate?  Fill in the name date time and place at the time of qso.  Or I can do that job.  I like designing stuff like that.

Okay, we can do that.  I was thinking about making up a certificate for
those that operated the GOTA station and including a pin.  Of course,
for the certificates to look good we'd have to print them and that would
happen after the event.

I'll go ahead and add ten of the pins to the list.
