Well, I would certainly hope so.  If an organization is built around one
or two people it's not much of an organization.

Thirteen other people have filled out the paperwork, completed training,
and have participated.  I'm unsure why Charlie hasn't since he has
access through the website.  It is an ARES requirement, program-wide, to
complete the application which contains basic information on what your
capabilities are, what training you have completed, how to contact you,
etc.  This isn't anything special to Calvert County.  And, honestly, I
don't understand why we're talking about this since you've made it
crystal clear that ARES/RACES/AUXCOMM is not a part of CARA.

Oh, and anyone who doesn't want to be on the list can unsubscribe
themselves by selecting the link at the bottom of every email that comes
from the list and unsubscribing themselves.  I don't understand why
anyone can't get off the ARES list.
