Has a schedule been posted for the weekend? Beyond when we will be on the air, what are the plans for setting up and breaking down?
Thank you in advance.

Dick and others,  the address is 465 Overlook Drive, Lusby MD 20657.  There is a pier at the Drum Point Clubhouse.  Peter Holt may bring his catamaran and dock it there.  I think there is room for another boat, but you may want to coordinate with Peter.

    To All,

I am writing to encourage ALL of you to come to Field Day.  This
is amateur radio's biggest event of the year and you should come
and enjoy it.  And when I say ALL, I mean ALL current club
members, past club members, non-licensed persons, and of course,
our families.  Come and get on a radio and make contacts!

You don't need to volunteer to do anything or to bring
anything.  Just enjoy Field Day.  We will have plenty of
equipment and food and drink,  Please try to find the time to
come and enjoy YOUR hobby of ham radio.

Also, this isn't a Love Fest--it's a ham radio field day.  If
you don't like some of the other people who might be there, then
just don't sit next to them.  Drum Point has plenty of space for
you to find a comfortable spot and play radio!  There is enough
room and equipment for all to find a place to play.  Bury your
disagreements for the weekend and put all of your energy into
what you love to do--PLAY HAM RADIO!

I will very much look forward to welcoming all of CARA's
members, past members, future members, and of course, families
        and friends next weekend!

        73

        Ed
