I'll bring the spreadsheet to the meeting.

Shawn, will you bring your projector so all can see the spreadsheet?

I think we will have food covered. Thanks for the additions for Saturday.

    Hi Dave,

I'm also bringing barbecue and pasta salad on Saturday, but I think the cold cuts, etc., is a great idea. When I get more bowls, I'll also pick up serving utensils. I have all the plates, cups, flatware, and napkins. I am also bringing the coffee box and Peter is providing the coffee urn. And we will be setting up the popcorn machine again this year.

Do you want me to go into the Excel spreadsheet and enter all of what I'm bringing or are you bringing the spreadsheet to Thursday's meeting to update there?

Field Day is Coming! Field Day is Coming! It's not long now until we meet at the south end of the county and set up our rigs and play ham radio all night. What is the best part of Field Day for you? For me it's getting together and eating. Well, not really but that is an important part of Field Day.

We have our main meals covered. A hot dog and hamburger dinner Saturday by Peter Holt KB3SXB and Sunday Brunch Cincinnati Chile by Steve Hempling N3IPN. Saturday lunch is not covered and I suggest a sandwich bar. Cold cuts, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and fixings that can be eaten while still getting our Field Day stations up and running. Contributions of side dishes to be eaten at lunch and dinner are always welcome.

Here is a list of ideas of what you could bring, but feel free to bring something not on the list. Just please remember to also bring serving utensils, and put your name on your containers or put in a disposable container.
