The Coast Guard uses channel 16 for emergencies and then moves off to channel 22A which is a working frequency.
If you need to frequencies I'll look it up next time I go downstairs to my computer.

Maybe an opportunity for the amateur radio community to help using Fox Hunting techniques. I'm not sure what marine frequency such calls would be made on, but if we had enough bearings from QTH's surrounding Annapolis, should be able to get close.
Begs the question as to if the Coast Guard has asked for assistance by the FCC monitoring site in Columbia.
