The much delayed corrective antenna work will be performed tomorrow (July 12) from approximately 8:30 AM until the work is finished. The 440 MHz Repeater will be off the air for the duration of this work. 

In addition to the contractor's antenna work, the repeater committee will be installing the new DR-1X Repeater and the new Arcomm Controller . If we can't finish the installation work for some un-foreseen reason, we will drop back to the DR-1 Repeater until the problems have been corrected. 

All who are interested, are invited to join us at the Prince Frederick. Please sign in at the Prince Fredrick Shop’s front desk when visiting for tower access. Thanks for your cooperation. 


I do apologize for the short notice to the membership for this activity. We needed to coordinate with Tektronix Tower and the Maryland State Highway Administration (and the weather) prior to making the announcement. Volunteers to assist with the work, or just watch, are welc ome. 73,
