[K3CAL] Fw: CARA 2m Net 7/11

Thanks Monica,

Well, if you don't mind the second newest CARA member attempting to do it, I
would be willing to give it a try if nobody else more experienced steps up.
The repeater is a long stretch from Lusby, but I have been able to hit it
well in the past. Just let me know if you want me to attempt it or not.

Hi Gary,

On CARA's Home page click on Repeaters and Nets (not the 146, 440, or APRS
choices), then scroll down to just below the tower video and click on CARA
Monday Net Script. Let me know if you have any problems.

Hi John Again,

Why don't you send this email club-wide? There may be other members who
would be glad to do the net, and the script they need is on the website.
The only extras they might want to share would be the CARA breakfast date
and place (July 16 at 9 a.m. at the Dreamweaver Cafe in Prince Frederick.
It's in the same shopping center as the Greene Turtle.) They can also give
the info for any hamfests or other ham-related events by looking at the
schedules on ARRL.

Folks,

I'm looking for someone willing to take a stab at running the net tonight. I
have a grandkids birthday party to attend at the same time.

Thanks much.
