[K3CAL] FIELD DAY SUBMISSION

All, 

I have submitted our Field Day entry to the ARRL today. I need to submit the following information to complete the entry: 

- DUPE SHEET ( I have it ) 

- Copy of Visitor Log ( I have it ) 

- A list of ALTERNATE POWER QSOs [Solar and / or Battery] ( Need copy of LOGs for our Alt. power station ) 

- A statement from our Safety Officer [SAFETY CHECK LIST completed] - Ed Noell 

- Media Publicity [Press Releases and / or copies of news stories] - PIO 

- Social Media Publicity [FaceBook, etc. posts] - PIO 

- Photos of: - Public Information Table ( I have it, I think ) 
- VIP Visitors ( I have it, I think ) 
- Copy of Calvert County Proclamation - Monica 
- Photos of our operations ( I have some already ) 

Please send the info to me so I can put together the supporting information for the ARRL.
