Also, if you spent money on Field Day, please bring your receipts to the 
monthly meeting on Thursday, July 7, so that I can complete the Event 
Expense Report and give it to the Treasurer.  You can indicate on the 
form whether you want to be reimbursed or whether you are donating your 
expenses to CARA.   Please make copies of your receipts for yourself 
before turning the originals over to the Treasurer.
