[K3CAL] Corrected January Minutes

Per the by-laws the audit committee is appointed at the November 
meeting, did this actually happen?
You have Shawn listed as a trustee, for what? The callsign trustee is 
Don KR3A who should also be listed as a member of the repeater 
committee. Sorry but being sick at the first meeting I was not there so 
I am trying to keep up.
