[K3CAL] January Meeting Minutes

Wrong again, Dave.

It was an executive meeting, but it was AFTER the January general 
meeting, and because of that, it should NOT appear in the minutes of the 
January general meeting. Also, executive meetings are not board 
meetings, and if it's closed, as it was, it should not be reported to 
the membership at large. Nor will it be reported.

As for your invitation, it was a courtesy only, and your presence was 
not required.
