Go to CARA  page, on the right side of home page open "join CARA" page. Print member application, and fill out take to next meeting or mail to address on page. (Or use invoice sent to 2015 members via mail) on same page click on PayPal link and enter user name and password for account, put in correct amount and "pay". Don't forget to message what payment is for, you should get email confirm of payment from PayPal.
