The members attending have not been listed in the minutes for the past several years.  If the majority of the members want to have the attendees listed in the minutes, I will do so.

It was the group to study possible changes to the by-laws to clear up ambiguities that may exist.  The best discussion was tabled for another meeting.  I will review my notes and the recording and add this committee discussion.
