[K3CAL] Field Day Planning

I've created a page (http://k3cal.org/projects-and-sigs/field-day/2016-field-day-planning/) on the CARA website to help with planning for this year's Field 
Day event.  Right now there is some basic information there, including the 
Field Day package from the ARRL.  If you have equipment that we can use that 
meets our needs please let us know so we can put it on the page.
