[K3CAL] CARA-owned equipment and upcoming hamfests

Bob, I believe once the "Hamfest It" decision having been made, it should apply regardless of which hamfest it goes to.  We should discuss this at the next Board meeting and maybe give any last chance at the October meeting.  73,
