As the coordinator for the Holiday Party and potluck, I need to know the number of  
members and guest(s) that will attend the party on December 12. Please reply to  
this Email with the number of people attending in your group.
  
Also indicate what food you will be bringing to share.
If you traditionally bring an item, respond early so we don't duplicate.
I am looking for goodies in the following categories.
APPETIZERS
MAIN DISHES
SIDE DISHES
DESSERTS
OTHER
You may reply with your information filled in, to this email. 



At this time, we do not need paper/plastic items.  There is an abundance left over 
from FD and other events.  Please DO bring a serving utensil for your dish.  
 
After receiving a number of responses, I will send out a request of items  
that will fill the initial void.  
Later communications requesting volunteers for set up and clean up will follow.



 
Looking forward to a fun food filled fellowship.
