[K3CAL] Prince Frederick Repeater Budget

I scanned the summary information from Jim's package[0] detailing all the 
pieces and parts we need to get the UHF repeater and VHF digipeater stood up 
in Prince Frederick.  The complete package is in hard-copy only and is 
available for review by contacting me or coming to a CARA meeting (I'll try to 
bring it with me).

I've also digitized the budget back into a spreadsheet[1] so we can make 
modifications as we go along.

I plan on formalizing this at the next CARA meeting in hopes of starting to 
collect funds for the project.

TL;DR
We are currently budgeting ~$6100 to get the repeater and APRS digipeater up 
on the Prince Frederick tower.
