[K3CAL] OPEK Antennas

They work well, if you went to China to visit the manufacture, you may find Pong Lue making all the antennas with Comet, Diamond, Opek, Nagoya, Kenwood, Motorola, Yaesu, and Icom bends at his feet!

I have a few Opek mobile and "long" HT antennas, they work well; and yes they were less expensive, with a pretty fair finish quality.

Do no head to head testing though, but a couple of db differences, if there really is a gain, wouldn't make much difference. Probably big difference is how well they coat the fiberglass, and they hold up in the Sun and Weather.
