[K3CAL] W1AW Field Day Broadcast: An interesting take on digital modes

On Saturday night we received W1AW's Field Day Broadcast via digital modes
RTTY, PSK-31, and MFSK16. Since these modes were used sequentially we were
able to compare each mode, basically using the same ionospheric conditions, to
see which broadcast was received the best.
Overall, we received nearly-complete versions of the bulletin with each mode.
The RTTY and PSK-31 versions, however, did contain errors. The MFSK-16
version was received error-free. Obviously, the RTTY text only used uppercase
characters while the other two modes have a much larger character set and,
thus, the messages received were in a more eye-pleasing sentence case.
Overall, I'd think I'd much rather receive MFSK-16. :) I wish I had timed
the time it took to receive the messages so I could also provide that
comparison as well. I can do some test transmissions later, though, and
determine speed.
