[K3CAL] Field Day Followup

Hi All!

I'm back from my travels and have a few items as followup to Field Day.

First of all, I thank all of you who actively participated with Field 
Day.  You worked like champs!!  Your contributions were so worth all the 
worrying I did in coordinating my first Field Day. And thanks to Ron 
Byzet for  taking care of the contact data. That's a biggie.

Second, please don't forget to let me know if you spent money on items 
specifically for Field Day, and let me know if you want reimbursement or 
a donation letter.  You can send me email or wait until I see you at the 
August meeting.  I need to give Dick an Expense Report for those items.  
Please don't send or give them directly to Dick.

Third, I heard that you discussed suggestions for next year's F.D. at 
the July meeting.  If you have ideas about what we could have done 
differently or better, please put them in an email and send them to me.  
I'll put all of the info together with the wheelbarrow of folders I 
assembled for this year, so we have it for next year.

Last, Dick Terlisner very generously has already offered to reserve the 
Broome's Island Community Center for next year's Field Day.  I thought 
it was a great venue for a number of reasons.  Indoor plumbing was at 
the top of the list.  And the tornado went around us even though we did 
have the Boiler Room to shelter in if we needed it.  So, if you think 
that B.I.C.C. is a good idea for 2016, let me know so I can send your 
wishes along to Dick.
