[K3CAL] AUXCOMM Activation to use the 146.985 repeater on Monday morning

On Monday morning, beginning around 8:00AM and finishing around Noon, AUXCOMM 
will be activated in support of a RACES call up for support of a radiological 
sheltering exercise.  During this time we ask that all stations please keep 
the repeater clear.  The 444.950 repeater will be open for regular use during 
the event although we may need it for backup purposes.
