Right TV antennas and Sat are already allowed . What about supporting structures to get them up high enough to receive ?

as far as two bills ......

>From the ARRL website......

Now that there is Amateur Radio Parity Act of 2015 legislation in both chambers of the US Congress, the League has a combined web page to accommodate activities on behalf of the TWO BILLS. The Amateur Radio Parity Act of 2015 is H.R. 1301 in the US House of Representatives and S. 1685 in the US Senate.....snip............

US Rep Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) introduced H.R. 1301 on March 4 ......snip.....

US Sen Roger Wicker (R-MS) introduced S. 1685 on June 26........snip.......

The House version of The Amateur Radio Parity Act of 2015 has attracted support from 83 cosponsors, as of June 29........... snip.......

******************************************************

So the ARRL? and a couple of congressmen have introduce two bills and have gathered the support of 83 co sponsors soley for the benefit of the HAM radio operator ??? extremely unlikely.

Regardless, Asking the government to step in and break a legal contract between private parties is a dangerous thing to do.

Ill have to attempt to keep from spitting bubbles and read the proposed bills this weekend. If I can keep my eyes from crossing an my brain from oozing out of my ears. Kinda off a mute point the proposed is often far from the final law.

I smell a rat.......

Well... it's isn't really two bills but
rather the same (or similar?) bill
introduced in both houses of Congress.  And
 surprisingly, this really is all
 for us.
TV antennas (including satellite dishes) are already exempt
 from
 antenna restrictions.
