[K3CAL] Weather SAME alerts and club repeater

Part 97.113.5c does address this directly, we could retransmit 
government originated messages. In this day of idiot lawsuits who would 
sue us first when the bulletin didn't come out in a timely fashion 
saying we endangered his life. I actually looked into this last night 
when this thread stated and I think it would be possible to make it 
happen through echolink. I am with Bill here, just because we can I do 
not think we should. We have a meeting Thursday, if someone wants to 
bring this up and discuss it by all means do!
