[K3CAL] APRS

Now if I could figure out why my APRS is not working on my mobile radio.  It says it's beaconing and the GPS is on but I don't see that I'm hitting any nodes.

APRS is up and running. We found the APRS radio was set at 50 Watts 
output it was interfering with the CARA repeater. After a lot of testing 
with Chuck's AA3CS equipment we figured a how to solve this problem. The 
APRS radio output is now set to 5 Watts output this should be more than 
enough power to run  APRS digital and cover this County. We are still 
testing to see if this solves the problem.If you have any questions or
