Thanks, sounds like we'll have enough folks to set up. Yes, bring the coffee pot and CD player. I'll bring some CD's appropriate to the season. Looking forward to the party. See you all there.

Thanks to all for responding to my emails and helping to make this a nice event.

    Hi Dave and All,

I sent previous email to you to let you know that Ed and I will be at Mt. Hope for set-up and clean-up. I am bringing all the cups, plates, bowls, utensils, etc.; and I have tablecloths for about 10 tables, although we won't need that many. I also planned to bring the coffee pot set-up that we use at the meetings if you don't want to haul yours.

I did bring a CD player last year and can bring that again. If anyone wants to bring CDs, please do but put your name on them so they are returned to rightful owners.

We are also bringing meatballs and a cheese tray.

Best Wishes and Hope to see you at the Party!!
    Monica and Eddie

I think we have a good selection of foods coming to the party, So, we will not go hungry.

Some last minute reminders and requests.

Gift exchange: We put a $15 limit on gifts this year.

Set up and clean up: I will be there around 3:30 or so. Will bring a coffee pot and cream and sugar and cups. Dave W. has offered to help set up. Anyone else want to join us early or stay later to put the room back into order?

Do we want music? I can bring some Christmas/holiday music if anyone is interested.

Do we want any presentations? It would be nice if we could see the tower project video.

Have I forgot something important? There are paper goods coming like plates and such.

Talk in frequency: 146.985 on the repeater.
