It doesn't mention retesting. Just that the conditions in the license are still met. In my humble opinion. We do the same thing when we renew our licenses. Personally, I would hate to have to retest.
On another note, when I had my nursing license, I always feared having to take Nursing Boards again for the same reason. We just had to take continuing credits, though, to keep our licenses; and to renew every few years.
