Shawn N3AE pointed me to this page about the county's Prince Frederick 
project. It looks like you might need to deal with a different way to 
the parking lot on Thursday, be careful. If the normal way in is blocked 
you can use Duke Street to the back entrance of the lot by the new 
courthouse.
